∞ WebKit Transitions Performance Test

If you view on your iPhone or iPod Touch (not Simulator), you’ll notice a huge performance loss when animating with all the effects on — even though WebKit is still using GPU to process the effects.

This isn’t true. Only transitions of opacity and -webkit-transform benefit from GPU acceleration, and effects like shadows certainly slow down the drawing performance.
